Your Personal Data - What we need and why we need it
Your data is collected to enable us to provide our business of providing shooting tuition.
Specifically, we use your information we collect in the following ways:
- To fulfil enrolment registration and information requests.
- To carry out our business and to provide a service or fulfil a contract with you:
- Medical details are obtained to enable us to support your child’s welfare.
- To help us with internal administration.
- To contact you with important information relating to your registration, such as confirming your request, reminding you of an upcoming event or letting you know about changes to the service.
Yor data may include your name, address, email and telephone number, your child's name and any information that is necessary to assist us in providing a safe teaching environment and in complying with legislation including, but not limited to, Child Protection and Firearms legislation.
Payments are processed either by bank transfer or by third party providers including Stripe (online sales) and SumUp (card machine sales). Target Shooting School does not retain any payment card information.
What are your rights?
If at any point you believe the information we hold on you is incorrect, you may request to see this information and have it corrected or deleted. If you wish to raise a complaint on how we have handled your personal data, you should in the first instance contact our Data Protection Officer who will investigate the matter. If you are not satisfied with our response and believe we are not processing your personal data in accordance with the law you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
